LAYERING WITH SILK  - postponed until the fall - stay tuned

March 28 and April 25       9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

Make a “sandwich” with three layers of silk, sew a simple design i.e. a leaf, and then use scissors and cut to the middle layer or the bottom layer.  Beautiful colors emerge.  Two-tone silks ravel leaving iridescent fringes. Lots   of fun.   I will discuss the best silks to use for this quilt.  First session we will practice the techniques and   discuss design.
